If you are selling your home, it is now a legal requirement to have confirmation that a Home Information Pack has been ordered before you can begin to market a property, either privately or with an Estate Agent.
By arranging your own Independent Home Information Pack with Sefton Home Inspections, you will save money and have flexibility and total control over how you sell your home. Your HIP will be compiled using 100% official documents making it totally compliant with government legislation.
Not all HIP Providers are the same. Unlike other HIP Providers who only operate by using 'panels' of randomly picked Domestic Energy Assessors, we undertake the surveys ourselves, and use the services of a highly reputable Solicitor to compile the searches for our HIPs.
Our aim is to deliver your Home Information Pack to you within 10 days. On occasion, some Leasehold documents may take a further few days to obtain. As soon as we receive your instruction and payment, the HIP is ordered and you are ready to start to market your property.
